WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 406 CHAPTER 406 AN ACT concerning Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages FOR the purpose of including Prince George's County among those jurisdictions in which BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 5. (i) (1) A Class 7 [Baltimore City] micro-brewery (on- and off-sale) license (i) By the State Comptroller; (ii) Only in THE FOLLOWING JURISDICTIONS: 1. Baltimore City; [or] 2. Dorchester County; AND 3. PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY; and (iii) Only to a holder of a Class B beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) (2) A holder of a Class 7 micro-brewery license: (i) May brew and bottle malt beverages at a single location; and (ii) May not brew more than 10,000 barrels of malt beverage each (3) (i) The on-sale privilege authorizes the holder to sell at retail beer - 2043 -
