8-209.
(a) Work that an insurance agent or insurance solicitor performs for payment
solely by commission is not covered employment.
(b) To the extent that work is exempted under federal law, the work that an
associate real estate broker or real estate salesperson performs for a licensed real estate
broker for payment by commission is not covered employment.
(C) WORK THAT A YACHT SALESPERSON PERFORMS FOR A LICENSED
TRADER FOR PAYMENT SOLELY BY COMMISSION IS NOT COVERED EMPLOYMENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED; That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning
Developmental Disabilities - Waiting List Equity Fund and Mental Hygiene - Mental
Hygiene Community-Based Services Fund
FOR the purpose of creating a Waiting List Equity Fund consisting of certain money in
the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to be used for certain purposes;
requiring the Department to adopt certain regulations; requiring the Secretary to
prepare a certain report; specifying that any unspent portions in the Waiting List
Equity Fund may not be transferred or revert to the General Fund of the State;
creating a Mental Hygiene Community-Based Services Fund consisting of certain
money in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to be used for certain
purposes; specifying that any unspent portions in the Mental Hygiene
Community-Based Services Fund may not be transferred or revert to the General
Fund of the State; authorizing State general funds to be appropriated for a certain
purpose; providing that the Governor should include in the annual Budget Bill a certain
appropriation for certain Funds; requiring the Governor to make a certain report under
certain circumstances; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally relating
to the Waiting List Equity Fund and the Mental Hygiene Community-Based
Services Fund.
