(6)     property that is owned by the Suitland Civic Association, Incorporated;

(7)     real property that is:

(i) owned by the Prince George's County Parks and Recreation
Foundation; and

(ii) is not used for a commercial purpose; AND

(8)      PROPERTY THAT IS:

(I)      OWNED BY THE FREESTATE RIDING CLUB, INC.;

(II)     USED ONLY FOR NONPROFIT ATHLETIC RECREATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1994.

Infant Mortality - Reporting

FOR the purpose of requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to report to
the State Commission on Infant Mortality Prevention on the number and cause of
death of Maryland children under the age of 1 year who died during a certain time
period; and generally relating to the reporting of infant deaths to the State
Commission on Infant Mortality Prevention.
