(1)     Obtain commercial liability insurance in the amount of at least $100;000
per person, $300,000 per occurrence bodily injury liability, and $100,000 per occurrence
property damage liability; and;

(2)     Provide a federal employer identification number and, IF APPLICABLE
TO THE TOW TRUCK UNDER FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS:

(i) A U.S. Department of Transportation motor carrier number; or

(ii) An Interstate Commerce Commission motor carrier authority
number.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October, 1, 1991 is an emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public health and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicles - Salesman License

FOR' the purpose of allowing a licensed vehicle salesman to work for certain motor
vehicle dealerships in. addition to the dealership that the salesman is licensed to
work for; specifying those dealerships; permitting a licensed vehicle salesman to act
as a vehicle: salesman in; more than one motor vehicle dealership, under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to licensed vehicle salesmen.
