Ch. 366 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (d) Subject to the authority of the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional (6) To certify persons as police officers who have: (i) Satisfactorily met the Commission's standards; or (ii) Provided the Commission with sufficient evidence that he or she Article - Health - General 18-213.
