FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the State's Attorney for Harford County on a
certain date; providing that this Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of
the incumbent State's Attorney; repealing a requirement that the salary of a deputy
State's Attorney in Harford County be at least a certain amount; altering certain
provisions relating to the appointment of assistant State's Attorneys in Harford
County; clarifying language and structure; and generally relating to the State's
Attorney of Harford County.
