Micro-Brewery

(b)     A Class 1 manufacturer's license [shall be designated as]:

(1)     IS a distillery license; [and shall authorize]                                   

(2)     AUTHORIZES the [establishment]:

(I)      ESTABLISHMENT and operation in this State of a plant for
distilling brandy, rum, whiskey, alcohol and neutral spirits; [and the sale]

(II)     SALE and delivery of [such] THOSE alcoholic beverages in bulk to
persons authorized in this State to acquire [the same,] THEM; and         

(III)   SALE AND DELIVERY OF THOSE [to sell and deliver such]
alcoholic beverages to persons located outside [the] THIS State [of Maryland. Such a
license shall];

(3)     SHALL be obtained for each trade name and for each distillery in this
State [. A];

(4)     PERMITS A distiller [may] TO manufacture alcoholic beverages in the
name of another person or under a trade name, provided a distillery license has been
issued to [such] THAT other person or under [such] THAT trade name, as the case may
be [. The]; AND

(5)     PERMITS THE holder of such a license [may] TO acquire bulk alcoholic
beverages from the holder of a distillery, rectifying, or winery license in this State or from
the holder of a nonresident dealer's permit.

(c)     A Class 2 manufacturer's license [shall be designated as]:                     .

(1)     IS a rectifying license [and shall authorize];

(2)     AUTHORIZES THE HOLDER TO [the establishment] :

(I) ESTABLISH and [operation] OPERATE in [the] THIS State [of
Maryland of] a plant for rectifying, blending and bottling alcoholic beverages; and [the
sale]

(II) SELL and [delivery of] DELIVER alcoholic beverages to a holder
of A distillery, rectifying, or Class 1 or 2 wholesaler's license, or to permit holders
authorized to acquire [such] THOSE alcoholic beverages and to persons outside [the]
THIS State [of Maryland. Such];

(3)     PERMITS a licensee [may] TO acquire alcoholic beverages from the
holder of a [distillery] :

(I)      DISTILLERY, rectifying, winery, or Class 1 or 2 wholesaler's license
in this State; or [from the holder of a nonresident]

(II)     NONRESIDENT dealer's permit [. A]; AND
