1.        The individual's name, address, and certification date; and

2.        The name and address of the licensed establishment.

(ii) Any program provider who violates the provisions of this
subsection is subject to a decertification of the program by the State Comptroller.

(f) (1) This section may not be construed to create or enlarge any civil cause of
action or criminal proceeding against a licensee.

(2) Evidence of a violation of this section may not be introduced in any civil
or criminal proceeding, but may only be used as evidence before the local licensing board
in actions brought before the board for violations of this section.

(G) THE COMPTROLLER MAY ISSUE REGULATIONS TO SET STANDARDS AND
REQUIREMENTS PERTAINING TO COURSE CONTENT, COURSE DURATION, COURSE
FORMAT AND ANY OTHER COURSE RELATED ACTIVITIES THE COMPTROLLER MAY
REQUIRE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That for programs that are
certifi
ed by the Comptroller on or before January 1, 1994, and for individuals who are
instructors under those programs on or before January 1, 199
4, the permit and fee
r
equirements established under this Act shall take effect 6 months after the initial date of
adoption of the regulations authorized under Article 2B, § 130C(g) of the Code, as
enacted by Section 1 of this Act.

SECTION 2. 3. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 1994.

Baltimore City to those of certain Orphans' Court judges in Prince George's
