Ch. 266 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND Article - State Personnel and Pensions 7-508. (a) The [Secretary] APPOINTING AUTHORITY may advance to an employee up (b) Advanced sick leave may not be used for any purpose other than as specified (C) UPON REQUEST BY THE EMPLOYEE THE SECRETARY MAY APPROVE (D) THE SECRETARY MAY AUDIT THE GRANTING OF ADVANCED SICK LEAVE 7-509.
