Ch. 239                                    1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(E) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY ISSUE, RENEW, AND
TRANSFER AND OTHERWISE PROVIDE A MAXIMUM OF 2 CLASS H (ON-SALE) BEER
AND LIGHT WINE, HOTEL AND RESTAURANT LICENSES FOR USE IN THE TOWN OF
LAYTONSVILLE PROVIDED THAT:

(1)      NO LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED TO ANY RESTAURANT IN WHICH POOL
TABLES, BILLIARD TABLES, SHUFFLEBOARDS, DART BOARDS, VIDEO GAMES,
PINBALL MACHINES, OR RECREATIONAL DEVICES ARE USED; AND

(2)      ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SERVED BY A LICENSEE MAY ONLY BE
CONSUMED BY PATRONS WHILE PATRONS ARE SEATED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1994.

Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages License Fees

MC 430-94

FOR the purpose of extending the termination date of certain increases in the license
fees for certain special and regular Class B alcoholic beverages licenses issued in
Montgomery County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
