there shall be no fee for up to 50 pots used, by a licensee who is authorized to catch crabs
pursuant to this section, to catch eels for personal use as crab trotline bait ........ $37.50

5.       More than 200 yards of gill nets and all equipment in 1.

(iii) To catch finfish for personal consumption with a restricted gill net

1.       Soft-shell clams and hard-shell clams utilizing hydraulic
dredge...............................................................................................................................$100

2.    Oysters and hard-shell clams by diving, tonging, or
handscraping in authorized areas....................................................................................$50

3.       Surf clams and ocean quahogs by any lawful method.......$50

4.       Hard-shell clams by rakes only..........................................$30

5.       All equipment in 1. through 4. above...............................$200

6.       Oysters by dredge boat......................................................$250

7.       Oysters by power dredge in authorized areas, in addition to
the fees for catching oysters by diving, tonging, or handscraping..................................$50
