Article - State Government

The Committee shall:

(1) perform all duties assigned to it by law or by legislative rules;

(2) from time to time, recommend to the presiding officers any changes in or
amendments to the rules of legislative ethics;

according to insurer, line of insurer, and the nature of the complaints;

[(2)] (II) complaints referred to and prosecuted by a State's Attorney;

[(3)] (III) complaints prosecuted by the Office of the Attorney General;
