structures.

(b) The easement must be in form and substance acceptable to the Trust
and the extent of the interest to be encumbered must be acceptable to the Trust.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1994:

State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners - Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Member

FOR the purpose of adding a licensed physical therapist assistant member to the State
Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; specifying the procedures to be followed
when selecting the licensed physical therapy assistant member of the' Board;
requiring that the licensed physical therapy assistant member have certain
qualifications; and generally relating to the State Board of Physical Therapy
Examiners.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED. BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

13-202.

(a) (1) The Board consists of [7] 8 members.

(2) Of the [7] 8 Board members:

(i) Five shall be licensed physical therapists, of which a minimum of
four shall be engaged primarily in the clinical practice of physical therapy in this State;
[and]

(ii) ONE SHALL BE A LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
PRACTICING LIMITED PHYSICAL THERAPY IN THIS STATE; AND
