Labor and Industry of the Department of Licensing and Regulation, and the Public
Service Commission shall include a discussion of their efforts to promote these policies in
their respective annual reports as required by law.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 10-207(g)
through (s), respectively, of Article - Tax - General of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be renumbered to be Section(s) 10-207(f) through (r), respectively.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER-ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

AIDS Insurance Assistance Program

FOR the purpose of establishing extending the termination date of the AIDS Insurance
Assistance Program; altering certain eligibility requirements for certain individuals;
raisins the cap on the number of recipients that may be enrolled in the Program at any
one time as a permanent program; repealing the requirement for an annual report;
and generally relating to the AIDS Insurance Assistance Program.
