1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND Article - Tax - General 9-222. (A) IN THIS PART IV OF THIS SUBTITLE, "POLICE OFFICER" MEANS: (1) A UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICER; OR (2) A CIVILIAN EMPLOYEE OF THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE ASSIGNED (B) A POLICE OFFICER SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE THIS PART Article - Transportation 22-106. (A) IN THIS TITLE, "POLICE OFFICER" MEANS: (1) ANY UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICER; OR (2) ANY CIVILIAN EMPLOYEE OF THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE (B) A POLICE OFFICER SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE THIS 23-101. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
