tobacco products to certain individuals in certain places or at certain events without
charge or for less than basic cost under certain circumstances; prohibiting the
distribution of tobacco products other than in the original sealed package or box;
providing certain exceptions; providing a certain exception; establishing a certain
defense; increasing and adding certain penalties for violations of certain provisions
of law; requiring certain court clerks to notify the Comptroller of certain
. convictions; providing for the distribution of certain fines; prohibiting the
possession and or use of certain tobacco products or cigarette rolling papers by a
minor under certain circumstances; prohibiting a minor from using any falsified
identification or any identification other than the minor's own identification for
certain purposes; establishing certain civil penalties for a violation of this Act by a
minor certain identification for a certain purpose; specifying that certain violations by a
minor are civil offenses; specifying certain procedures for intake officers under certain
circumstances; specifying that certain provisions relating to certain licenses do not apply
to certain violations; specifying certain dispositions that the juvenile court may make for
certain violations; altering a certain definition; defining certain terms; making certain

       stylistic changes; making provisions of this Act severable; and generally relating to
the sale of tobacco products and cigarette rolling papers to minors.
