WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 3 (o) In Howard County the annual fee is $1,000. (p) (1) (I) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES ONLY IN KENT COUNTY. (II) IN THIS SUBSECTION, "BOARD" MEANS THE BOARD OF LICENSE (2) (i) The [Kent County] Board [of License Commissioners] may issue (ii) To qualify for licensure under this subsection, the restaurant shall: 1.
