SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - State Finance and Procurement

17-109.

(a) An action under ON A PAYMENT BOND REQUIRED BY this subtitle shall be
filed in the appropriate court of the county where:

(1)     the contract was executed and performed; or

(2)     the contractor has its principal place of business.

(b)     An action [under] ON A PAYMENT BOND REQUIRED BY this subtitle shall
be filed within 1 year after the public body finally accepts the work performed under the
contract.

(c)     An obligee named in a bond or a trustee for any other security is not liable for
any costs in connection with an action under ON A PAYMENT BOND REQUIRED BY this
subtitle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore, County - Alcoholic Beverages

(Class B (DT) Dinner Theatre)

FOR the purpose of creating in Baltimore County a Class B (DT) dinner theatre
alcoholic beverages license for use in the Old Towson Shopping District; imposing
conditions and requirements on the issuance and use of the license; clarifying
structure and language; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Baltimore
County.
