EFFICIENCY 2000 COMMISSION (A) IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS (B) "COMMISSION" MEANS THE EFFICIENCY 2000. COMMISSION. (C) (1) "GOVERNMENTAL UNIT" MEANS A PERMANENT INSTRUMENTALITY (2) "GOVERNMENTAL UNIT" INCLUDES A DEPARTMENT, BOARD, 9-1802. (A) THIS SUBTITLE MAY NOT BE CONSTRUED TO AUTHORIZE THE (B) CONSISTENT WITH ITS ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPORTING OBLIGATIONS 9-1803. (A) THERE IS AN EFFICIENCY 2000 COMMISSION.
