(6) Notwithstanding any provision of this section an Orphans' Court judge
may not receive a pension under this section if he is receiving any other State pension.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

Efficiency 2000 Commission
FOR the purpose of creating the Efficiency 2000 Commission; specifying the duties of the
Commission; providing for the membership, election of a chairman, quorum, terms,
and reimbursement of members of the Commission; authorizing the appointment of
an Executive Director; specifying the duties of the Executive Director; requiring the
assignment of an assistant Attorney General to the Commission for a certain
purpose; requiring the Commission, subject to a certain agreement, to utilize certain
existing space and equipment to the extent possible; providing for the utilization of
certain personnel by the Commission; providing for the annual budget of the
Commission; providing a certain immunity from liability for the State and the
Commission; requiring personnel in units of the State government to cooperate with
the Commission for certain purposes; subjecting the Chairman and the Executive
Director of the Commission to a certain legislative call; requiring the Commission to
submit a certain report containing certain recommendations; providing for the
termination of the existence of the Commission on by a certain date; specifying a
rule of construction for this Act; defining certain terms; providing for a delayed
effective date; and generally relating to the Efficiency 2000 Commission.

Section 9-1801 through 9-1812, inclusive, to be under the new subtitle "Subtitle 18.
Efficiency 2000 Commission"
