(A) THE COMMISSION SHALL STUDY THE SALARIES OF THE WASHINGTON
COUNTY:                                                               

(1)      BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS;

(2)      BOARD OF EDUCATION;

(3)      ORPHANS' COURT JUDGES;

(4)      SHERIFF;

(5)      STATE'S ATTORNEY; AND
(6)     TREASURER;

(7)      BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ELECTIONS; AND

(8)      BOARD OF LIQUOR LICENSE COMMISSIONERS.

(B) (1) ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 1 NOVEMBER 20, 1996, AND ON OR
BEFORE DECEMBER 1 EACH FOURTH YEAR THEREAFTER, THE COMMISSION SHALL
SUBMIT ISSUE A REPORT CONTAINING RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION. THE BOARD OF
COUNTY . COMMISSIONERS MAY ACCEPT, REDUCE, OR REJECT BUT MAY NOT
INCREASE THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COMMISSION.

          (2) ON OR BEFORE JANUARY DECEMBER 15, 1997 1996, AND ON OR

BEFORE JANUARY DECEMBER 15 EACH FOURTH YEAR THEREAFTER, THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE
LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION CONCERNING THE SALARIES OF THE OFFICES IN
SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Industrial Park Authority

FOR the purpose of altering the powers, duties, and membership of the Industrial Park
Authority of Calvert County; altering the eligibility criteria and duties of the
manager of the Authority; defining certain terms; specifying the terms of the
members of the Authority; and generally relating to the Industrial Park Authority of
Calvert County.
