A. CLASS OF LICENSE FOR WHICH APPLICATION IS MADE;
B. NAME AND TRADE NAME OF THE APPLICANT; AND
C. TIME, DATE, AND PLACE OF THE HEARING.
(III) FOR 20 CONSECUTIVE DAYS BEFORE THE HEARING, THE
APPLICANT SHALL POST THE NOTICE IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE ON THE PREMISES
DESCRIBED IN THE APPLICATION.
(IV) FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE POSTING REQUIREMENTS OF
THIS PARAGRAPH (3) SHALL NOT DIVEST THE BOARD WITH JURISDICTION TO
CONDUCT THE HEARING AND TO TAKE ACTION PROVIDED THE APPLICANT
DEMONSTRATES BY A PREPONDERANCE OF THE EVIDENCE THAT THE APPLICANT
HAS SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLIED WITH THE NOTICE REQUIREMENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning
Charles County - Fiscal Management and Accounting
FOR the purpose of providing that, in Charles County, the Deputy County Administrator
for Fiscal Services shall keep and maintain all financial records of the County;
requiring the County Treasurer to provide the Deputy County Administrator for
Fiscal Services certain financial information at certain intervals; repealing a
requirement that the Treasurer make certain quarterly reports to the County
Commissioners; repealing a certain restriction on the Deputy County Administrator
for Fiscal Services' authority; making stylistic changes; and generally relating to
fiscal management and accounting functions and duties in Charles County.
