AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions - Repeal

FOR the purpose of repealing from the Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County
provisions concerning the St. Mary's County Commission on the Aging, Commission
on Human Relations, Board of Recreation and Parks, and Commission for Women.

BY repealing         

The Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County

Section 3-1, and the chapter designation, "Chapter 3 Aging, Commission on the";
                26-16, 100-1, and the chapter designation, "Chapter 100 Recreation and

Parks"; and 124-1, and the chapter designation, "Chapter 124 Status of
Women Commission"

Article 19 - Public Local Law's of Maryland

(1978 Edition and August 1993 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL. ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 3-1, and the chapter designation, "Chapter 3 Aging,
Commission on the"; 26-16; 100-1, and the chapter designation, "Chapter 100 Recreation
and Parks"; and 124-1, and the chapter designation, "Chapter 124 Status of Women
Commission", of Article 19 - St. Mary's County of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland be repealed.                                      

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1994.
