Ch. 47 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND CHAPTER 47 AN ACT concerning Cecil County - Special License FOR the purpose of altering the number of days a Cecil County fire department may sell BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION. 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 25. (1) (1) This subsection applies only in Cecil County. (2) [(i)] In this subsection [the following words have the meanings (ii)] "Board" means the board of license commissioners.
