CENTER OF RT. 460 TO RT. 413, THEN ALONG THE CENTER OF RT. 413 TO MARINER
ROAD, THEN ALONG THE CENTER OF MARINER ROAD TO OLD STATE ROAD, THEN
ALONG THE CENTER OF OLD STATE ROAD TO CASH CORNER ROAD, THEN ALONG
THE CENTER OF CASH CORNER. ROAD TO JOHNSON CREEK, THEN ALONG THE
CENTER OF JOHNSON CREEK TO APE HOLE CREEK, THEN ALONG THE CENTER OF
APE HOLE CREEK TO THE POCOMOKE SOUND AND THE MARYLAND-VIRGINIA
STATE LINE, THEN ALONG THE STATE LINE TO THE POCOMOKE RIVER, THEN ALONG
THE POCOMOKE RIVER TO THE SOMERSET-WORCESTER COUNTY LINE, THEN
ALONG THE COUNTY LINE (POCOMOKE RIVER) TO U.S. RT. 13.

(F) DISTRICT 5 CONSISTS OF SMITH ISLAND, SOUTH MARSH ISLAND, AND THE
AREA THAT IS GENERALLY SOUTH AND WEST OF A LINE THAT RUNS ALONG THE
CENTER OF WARD CREEK ON JANES ISLAND TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY IN THE
CENTER OF. THE ISLAND, THEN SOUTHERLY ALONG AN IMAGINARY LINE TO
SHORELINE AT. WEST CREEK, THEN ACROSS THE WATER IN AN EASTERLY
DIRECTION TO RT. 460 (HALL HIGHWAY), THEN ALONG THE CENTER OF HALL
HIGHWAY (RT. 460) TO RT. 413, THEN ALONG THE CENTER OF RT. 413 TO MARINER
RD., THEN ALONG THE CENTER OF MARINER ROAD TO OLD STATE ROAD, THEN
' NORTH ALONG THE CENTER OF OLD STATE ROAD TO CASH CORNER ROAD, THEN
ALONG THE CENTER OF CASH CORNER ROAD TO JOHNSON CREEK, THEN ALONG
THE CENTER OF JOHNSON CREEK TO APE HOLE CREEK, THEN ALONG THE CENTER
OF APE HOLE CREEK TO POCOMOKE SOUND AND TO THE STATE LINE.

          SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act may not be

construed to have any effect on the County Commissioners of Somerset County serving on
the effective date of this Act, but shall be applied in the election of the next Board of
County Commissioners in 1994.

SECTIONS AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.

FOR the purpose of amending Chapter 427 of the Acts of 1993, the Children's Village of
Washington County, Inc. Loan of 1993, to alter certain matching fund requirements.
