(House Bill 241)

AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Checking of License Applicants)

FOR the purpose of requiring in Wicomico County that the Board of License
Commissioners obtain for applicants for an alcoholic beverages license certain
police records,- a fingerprint sample and a national criminal history records check
through the Federal Bureau of Investigation; making a technical change; and
generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Wicomico County.

to be Section 56(b)(13)(i)1. and 2., respectively

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 56(b)(13)(i) and (vii), respectively, of Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
56(b)(13)(i)1 and 2, respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
read as follows:
