Ch. 19 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) pays the application fee required under § 4-303 of this subtitle; (2) passes the practical part of the master barber or [journey] barber (3) provides adequate evidence that, at the time the applicant was licensed (c) To meet a minimum standard of training, the Board may require an applicant 4-309. (a) While a master barber license is in effect, it authorizes the licensee to (1) PRACTICE BARBERING IN A BARBERSHOP THAT HOLDS A PERMIT; (2) PRACTICE BARBERING IN A BEAUTY SALON THAT HOLDS A BEAUTY (3) SUPERVISE AN APPRENTICE BARBER. (b) While a [journey] barber license is in effect; it authorizes the licensee to: (1) practice barbering in a barbershop that holds a barbershop permit [and (2) PRACTICE BARBERING IN A BEAUTY SALON THAT HOLDS A BEAUTY 4-310. (a) [Except as provided in § 4-311 of this subtitle, unless] UNLESS a license is (1) after the effective date of the license; and (2) in an odd-numbered year. (a) (1) The initial term of a journey barber license is 15 months.
