sales for consumption [anywhere except] on the premises on which meals are prepared
and served, except in the case of [consumption of] beverages with an alcoholic content of
not more than [12] 14.5 percent by volume, WHICH MAY BE SOLD FOR OFF-PREMISES
CONSUMPTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Alcoholic Beverages

(Special Event Collectible Bottles)

FOR the purpose of authorizing in Frederick County the sale of special
anniversary/special event collectible bottles of wine and liquor under certain
circumstances; clarifying language and structure; directing that a certain
clarification of structure occur; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in
Frederick County.
