(7)     Information that relates to the financial status of the principal,
including:

(i) A current balance sheet;

(ii) A profit and loss statement; and

(iii) Credit references;

(8)     A schedule of all existing and pending contracts and the current status of
each; and

(9)     Any other relevant information that the Authority requests.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.
