AN ACT concerning

State Personnel and Pensions Article - Corrective Provisions

FOR the purpose of clarifying, revising, and restating certain provisions and correcting
certain errors in Division I of the State-Personnel and Pensions Article; making a
technical correction in the Tax - Property Article; making a technical correction in
Article 73B - Pensions; clarifying a provision of Article 64 - Merit System relating
to the reinstatement rights of certain State employees; specifying the intent of this
Act; making this Act an emergency measure; making technical and stylistic changes;
and generally relating to the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
