Ch. 15 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (ii) a written examination in the principles and practice of land (d) (1) An applicant qualifies under this section if the applicant: (i) subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, has at least 12 years of (ii) has passed a written examination in the principles and practice of (2) If an applicant has completed 1 or more years of a college or university (A) IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LICENSE TO (B) AN APPLICANT QUALIFIES UNDER THIS SECTION IF THE APPLICANT: (1) HAS BEEN GRADUATED FROM A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY ON (2) HAS PASSED A WRITTEN EXAMINATION IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF (3) AFTER HAVING COMPLETED THE EXAMINATION IN THE (4) AFTER HAVING MET THE OTHER REQUIREMENTS, HAS PASSED A (C) AN APPLICANT QUALIFIES UNDER THIS SECTION IF THE APPLICANT: (1) HAS BEEN GRADUATED FROM A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY ON (2) HAS PASSED A WRITTEN.
