(A) SALARY AND LEAVE ACCRUAL. A RETURNING VETERAN WHO IS REINSTATED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE IS (B) SENIORITY. IN CALCULATING SENIORITY, STATUS, AND LENGTH OF STATE EMPLOYMENT (C) OTHER ENTITLEMENTS. A RETURNING VETERAN WHO IS REINSTATED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE IS (1) ALL BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES, INCLUDING RATE OF PAY, THAT (2) PENSION AND RETIREMENT RIGHTS AS DETERMINED UNDER (3) ANY CLASSIFIED SERVICE STATUS THAT THE VETERAN HAD WHEN (D) DISCHARGE.
