SUSPENSION ALLOWED. (A) IN GENERAL. AN APPOINTING AUTHORITY MAY SUSPEND A CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEE (B) NOTICE REQUIRED. THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY SHALL NOTIFY THE EMPLOYEE IN WRITING OF (C) SUSPENSIONS TO BE WITHOUT PAY.
