442.

(h) No dealer shall sell or transfer a pistol or revolver to an applicant whose
application has been timely disapproved, unless such disapproval has been subsequently
withdrawn by the Superintendent of the Maryland State Police and/or his duly authorized
agent or agents or overruled by the action of the courts pursuant to [subsection (h)
below] SUBSECTION (I) OF THIS SECTION.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 68, Acts of 1992, which renumbered Article 27,
§ 442(d) through (k).

(b) A person may not:

(4) Deface, damage, or destroy or attempt to deface, damage, or destroy the
real or personal property of:

2. Where there is evidence that exhibits animosity on the part
of the person committing the act against a person or group because of that person's or
group's race, color, religious beliefs, or [nation] NATIONAL origin.

article;
