(2)     require governing bodies of common ownership communities to provide
certain information to the Office of Landlord-Tenant Affairs;

(3)     amend the definitions of certain terms and make stylistic changes in the
landlord-tenant relations law; and

(4)     generally amend the landlord-tenant relations law.

(2)     extend the existence of the Productivity Housing Advisory Committee until a
certain date and provide for certain appointments or reappointments to the
Committee;

(3)     extend the authority of the Director of the Department of Housing and
Community Development to execute a preliminary agreement for productivity
housing until a certain date; and

(4)     generally amend the productivity housing law.
