AN ACT concerning

Service Employment Zone

FOR the purpose of creating the Service Employment (S-E) Zone, defining terms,
specifying the purpose of the zone, the uses permitted therein by right or by Special
Exception, accessory uses, bulk regulations, and performance standards, amending
the development regulations regarding compatibility of buildings in an S-E zone,
and generally relating to the Service Employment Zone in Baltimore County.

AN ACT concerning

Contributions to Education and Open Space Costs Program

FOR the purpose of requiring that all moneys contributed to either the voluntary
participation in education costs program or the voluntary participation in local open
space costs program shall be applied first to offset the administrative costs of the
respective program before being available for appropriation to the education or
open space program, and prohibiting the mailing of certain information with the
annual tax bill if the contributions are not sufficient to offset the costs.
