AN ACT concerning

Electricity Tax

FOR the purpose of clarifying the tax treatment of certain charges shown on the utility
bill of non-residential users by defining certain words in the ordinance imposing a
tax on sales for consumption of electricity in Baltimore County; providing that this
Bill is intended to be corrective and clarifying and shall be applicable retroactively;
and making this Bill an emergency measure.
