For the purpose of making provisions for medical care AS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL
AND STATE LAW for prisoners confined in the Worcester County Jail AND
PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION OF THE COST THEREOF FROM RECIPIENTS.

[Adding Section 5-106 to the Public Safety Article of the Public Local Laws of Worcester
County.
