"Allegany County Helmet Law"

An Act to require any person less than 16 years of age riding a bicycle, or riding as
a passenger on a bicycle, to wear a helmet while riding on any public roadway or publicly
owned facilities under the jurisdiction of Allegany County, Maryland.

"An Act to Amend the Boundaries Between the Cresaptown Fire Area and the Bowling

Green Fire Area"

An Act to repeal Section 42-17 entitled "Bowling Green Fire Area: Area Created;
Boundaries" and Section 42-21 entitled "Cresaptown Fire Area: Creation; Boundaries"
of Chapter 42 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1983 Edition as
amended) and enacting a new Section 42-1.7 and a new Section 42-21 of said Chapter.

An Act to add to Chapter 73 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County
(1983 Edition as amended), Article 9, Section 73-34 thru 73-38, to be entitled
"Corriganville Special Taxing Area".
