CHARTER RESOLUTION NO. CR91-2

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of Westminster desire to amend The
Charter of the City of Westminster, as contained in the Charter and Code of Laws of the
City of Westminster (1991, as amended), in order to authorize The Mayor and Common
Council to designate a place or places for the conduct of City elections, and to require
that the Mayor shall appoint at least three judges of election for each polling place and
generally relating thereto.

compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF WILLIAMSPORT, MARYLAND

TO AMEND, THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF WILLIAMSPORT,

THE PORTION ENTITLED SECTION 40 CLERK-TREASURER

(This resolution was petitioned to referendum, which was held April 7, 1992. The votes
cast were FOR - 167 and AGAINST - 106.)

[Section 40 of the Charter of the Town of Williamsport, Washington County, as
found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

WOODSBORO

(Frederick County)

RESOLUTION TO REPEAL EXISTING CHARTER
AND ADOPT NEW CHARTER FOR THE TOWN OF WOODSBORO

The Commissioners of the Town of Woodsboro, at a regularly scheduled Town
meeting on June 8, 1992, hereby resolve to repeal the existing Charter of the Town of
Woodsboro and adopt in its place and stead the attached Charter.

[Sections 29-1 through 29-20, inclusive, of the Charter of the Town of Woodsboro,
Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition), repealed.
