A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of The Town of Sykesville to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, § 18-3 of the Charter of The Town of Sykesville to annex the
real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the corporate limits of The Town
of Sykesville; to amend the Charter to reflect the annexation of the real property by
repealing and re-enacting, with amendments, § 18-3 of the Charter; and to set a time and
place of public hearing on the proposed annexation. (37.8780 acres of land, more or less)
