CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. CA-2-92

CHARTER AMENDMENT - MUNICIPAL BORROWING

FOR the purpose of amending the Municipal Charter of Highland Beach to authorize
Highland Beach to borrow upon its full faith and credit under certain terms and
conditions, and subject to certain limitations, to pay obligations of the Town; to
authorize the issuance of certain notes to secure the repayment of such sums
borrowed; authorizing the levy of certain taxes for the repayment of amounts
borrowed; and generally relating to the authority of the Town to borrow funds for
municipal purposes.

[Section 623 of the Charter of the Town of Highland Beach, Anne Arundel County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition), added.
