CITY OF FROSTBURG, SECTION 703, GIVING THE CITY OF FROSTBURG THE
AUTHORITY TO ADOPT ITS BUDGET BY RESOLUTION AS OPPOSED TO ORDINANCE".

repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

AUTHORITY TO HIRE ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEES IN UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE".

CHARTER AMENDMENT TO SECTIONS FC4-3 AND FC4-7

DEALING WITH ELECTIONS

A Resolution to amend Sections FC4-3 and FC4-7 of the Charter of the City of
Fruitland, Maryland, entitled Registrations and Elections Generally and Regular
Elections, respectively, to state the criteria for declaring a candidate elected and to grant
to the City Council of the City of Fruitland the power to set times and places of regular
and special elections, within certain stated limitations, and establishing times and places
in the event the Council does not act.
