ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MARYLAND RTE. 331 AND CONSISTING OF 13.595 ACRES OF

LAND, MORE OR LESS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF

THE ANNEXATION

[Pursuant to Section 2 of Article I of the Charter of the Town of Easton, Talbot
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition).

RESOLUTION NO. 1-92

WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has requested the
Elkton Housing Authority to make certain changes and amendments to their
personnel policies; and

WHEREAS, one change which has to be incorporated relates to the appointment of
tenants within the housing development units; and

WHEREAS, Section C4-2 of the Charter and Code of Laws must be amended since the
appointments to the Board of Commissioners are made by the Mayor and
Commissioners.

[Section C4-2 of the Charter of the Town of Elkton, Cecil County, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.
