It is the intent of the General Assembly to be
informed of significant transfers of funds
among appropriations within the Department
of Human Resources. The department shall
provide a written explanation of general fund
transfers among all appropriations exceeding
$100,000 that occur during FY 1994 to the
budget committees within 30 days after the
budget amendment is approved by the
Governor.
