CERTIFICATIONS

Dorchester County - County Administrator

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of Dorchester County to
appoint a County Administrator; authorizing the County-Commissioners to enter a
certain contract, to set certain powers and duties, and to set the salary of the County
Administrator; requiring that the County Administrator be selected on a certain
basis; specifying certain duties of the County Administrator; providing that the
County Administrator is entitled to certain benefits; submitting this Act to a
referendum of the legally qualified voters of Dorchester County; and generally
relating to the position of County Administrator for Dorchester County.

And it is hereby certified that at said election, 3,474 votes were cast for the adoption
of said Chapter 294 and 3,734 votes were cast against the adoption of said Chapter 294,
the said Chapter 294 of the Acts of 1991 has therefore failed ratification.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23-11 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, the State Administrative Board of Election Laws does hereby certify that at
the General Election held in the 12th Election District of Montgomery County on
November 3, 1992, an Act known as Chapter 158 of the Acts of 1992 (House Bill 431,
Question C) was submitted to the voters of the 12th Election District of Montgomery
County in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 158 of the Acts of 1992, _:said Act
being as follows:

AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages - 12th Election District (Damascus)

MC 203-92

FOR the purpose of permitting licensing for the sale of alcoholic beverages within the
12th election district (Damascus) of Montgomery County; and submitting this Act to
a referendum of the legally qualified voters within that election district.

And it is hereby certified that at said election, 3,530 votes were cast for the adoption
of said Chapter 158 and 3,995 votes were cast against the adoption of said Chapter 158,
the said Chapter 158 of the Acts of 1992 has therefore failed ratification.
