AN ACT concerning

Public Officials and Employees - Bonds

FOR the purpose of repealing requirements for recordation of the bonds of public
officials and certain public employees with clerks of the circuit courts; requiring
certain bonds to be filed with the State Comptroller; and making stylistic changes.
