29.09.00.03 Airport Facilities and Capital
Equipment

It is the intent of the General Assembly that the
International Pier F at Baltimore-
Washington International Airport shall not be
constructed until:

(1) the budget committees have received a report
from the Maryland Aviation Administration
documenting the need for and feasibility of
such a facility expansion, and

(2) the committees have reviewed and
commented upon the report or 45 days have
elapsed from the date the report is received
by the committees.
