recovery percentage, as established under
Section 12-120 of the Transportation
Article, is caused to exceed 85% through
legislative budget reductions, the
administration is not required to reduce
fees to comply with the maximum cost
recovery percentage. Further it is the intent of
the committees that fees assessed by the MVA
not increase if cost recovery is above 85%
90%.
