(6) The Board [of License Commissioners] may not require the publication
of an application for a special temporary alcoholic beverages license as a prerequisite to
the granting of such a license.

(s) In Washington County there shall be a special Class C (on-sale) beer, wine
and liquor license, which shall be issued solely to clubs having an annual on-sale beer,
wine and liquor license. This special license shall entitle the licensee to sell alcoholic
beverages at any place other than its regular place of business for a period not to exceed
five days at a daily fee of $30 except on Sunday. There shall be an additional special
license issued, referred to locally as a "picnic" license, permitting the club owner to sell
only beer at any place other than his regular place of business on Sundays between 12
noon and midnight notwithstanding daylight saving time for a license fee of $15 per each
Sunday he elects to hold a "picnic".

(t) (1) (i) [In] THE Worcester County[, the] Board of License
Commissioners may issue a special permit to the holder of a [six (6) day] 6-DAY Class B
or Class C beer, wine and liquor license located in the County to permit the licensee to
sell alcoholic beverages to bona fide conventions and such other special groups as may be
approved by the mayor and city council of the incorporated town (if any) in which the
premises are located, if the mayor and city council elect to exercise this power, and as
shall be approved by the Board [of License Commissioners] for consumption on the
premises only on Sunday during the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following
Monday, prevailing time. The holder of such a license shall be entitled to exercise the
privileges thereof at the time and place therein described upon the payment of a fee at
the rate of ten dollars ($10.00). Application for such permit shall be made not less than
ten (10) days prior to the day upon which the permit is to be exercised.

(ii) Also in Worcester County there may be a special Sunday license
for those bona fide clubs which already hold a Class C beer, wine and liquor license. Any
club, with the payment of an additional fee of ten dollars ($10.00), may obtain as many as
eight special Sunday licenses during any calendar year, application for which shall be
made at least fourteen (14) days in advance to the Board of License Commissioners, and
the license shall be subject to [the] approval of THE APPLICATION BY the Board and
subject also to other conditions, regulations and restrictions as established by the Board,
for the consumption of those alcoholic beverages on the premises.

(iii) 1. [In] THE Worcester County[, the] Board of License
Commissioners may issue a multiple one-day alcoholic beverages license under this
subsection to any bona fide nonprofit charitable organization.

2.       The applicant shall specify the dates of the events for which
the license will be used.

3.       A multiple one-day alcoholic beverages license may not
include more than 12 dates.

(2) (i) The Board of License Commissioners of Worcester County, with
the approval of the Ocean City Convention Hall Commission or their successors, may
permit the members and guests of any bona fide nonprofit religious, fraternal, civic,
